Lets stop these developers and let people live on the land that they have worked hard for. How dare they think they can just walk in and push these people off there land.

City of Swan needs to get their act together. I'm sure there's plenty of shire land elsewhere in Bullsbrook that can be subdivided.

This is totally ridiculous, I thought that is why you moved to rural properties to enjoy the serenity and the ability to grow your own produce and be self sufficient. Council greed will once again disable this being able to happen and push people back to Coles and Woolies for inferior produce and driving the prices up! Good luck & may the little people WIN!

Paying for other people’s greed not acceptable.

Good luck. Local councils all see to assume they have the power to do what they like to whom ever. We all work hard for our own piece of Australia our families and our home.

Large blocks are necessary to provide essential space for humans and animals, vegetation and beauty. Do not deny this rural suburb these qualities and unique lifestyle!

No way. We didn't come up here to be living on small blocks.

I strongly oppose the development on Ashton road, it is not needed there as infrastructure can not cater for it, where is our rural town going? I live over the fence from this proposal and NEVER received the so called plans that the shire is saying way sent out.
