You are being asked to join us in supporting the request of the transfer of 5 acres of ground located in Nebraska City’s North industrial site from the Community Development Authority to the Nebraska City Economic Development Foundation, Inc. Our intent is to build a 20,000 SF Industrial Building. This is an important step in being able to offer a location for a company looking to manufacture here in Nebraska City. Businesses today need to react quickly. Having to build, can take a year or more. These companies are looking to be up and operational in a few months. In the last few years we lost out on opportunities to add jobs because we did not have industrial space.

Help us transfer the property to the Nebraska City Economic Development Foundation Inc. from Community Develop Authority to be have the ability to build the site for future growth of our economy and jobs in Nebraska City.
