I want to first express my appreciation to the board for doing the hard lifting on managing the condo bldg. I know you work hard and sometimes it must seem a thankless task. I thank you for your good financials and for building up our reserves. I am signing because I want to make sure we have the highest quality hall carpet we can possibly afford. I haven't been there to view any of the samples but enough people are interested that I believe we should take another look

There should be more options available

I believe there should be some type of committee voting on various styles, colors and upgrades that affect owners on a daily basis.

We need an open unbiased committee representative of all the the residents of building 2.

Please give us more carpet choices. Thanks

My suggestion is to hire a designer with experience working with the condominium and not to have a five person committee. This is very important to the building and it needs to be done right even if it cost a little bit more money! If there are designers in the Bldg that would volunteer their time to do this, that would be great. If you go the other way it will be back to square one !

We need more carpet choices and paint choices

Let’s start all over and do it right. Even though it’s impossible to please everyone, it’s important to involve the community and follow the rules.
