For over 10 years our community has been told these sidewalks would be going in, yet each promise fails to materialize. Please make this happen now.

We would enjoy walking to restaurants in Milton but we don't have sidewalks for safe passage. Instead we have to drive, which often results in dining somewhere else.

Currently it is impossible to safely walk to out school, Milton Crabapple events and now the new library. We tried to walk with our kids to the Crabapple Fest before and quickly decided we could not do it again without safe sidewalks. It is a shame to be so close and not attend things like the Milton Market unless we drive (adding to traffic and parking congestion). Please seriously consider these sidewalks. This would be a safety and accessibility win for everyone.

Let's avert a tragedy. Mayfield Road simply can't handle the additional auto traffic new library will bring. People WANT to walk to it but have no safe means to do so. It's unconscionable that this was not already part of library planning.

The new library needs to be accessible by walking. Sidewalks are necessary or it will be extreme hazardous!

Our children deserve to have a safe way to walk to and from schools and the library. I think it's crazy that this isn't automatically approved.

We've been paying taxes and asking for sidewalks since we moved into Danbury Park in 1999. Please, it's time!
