Please don’t ignore. Make plans and action priority to implement to changes we are requesting!

These are all the things that we were promised when we bought our house two years ago. We have only seen more houses being built with no development of these amenities. Many of us feel that we are being ignored.

I also want the empty lot next to my house to have its weeds and drainage issues fixed, it’s ruining my yard.

Community needs a park where all residents have space to conduct outside activities together.

I would love to see the amenities that were advertised, planned, and promised when looking at this neighborhood!!

We chose this neighborhood for the promise of what was coming. Now as we understand none of it is. Whatever funds were to be utilized for these parks and paths should be put into utilization now, especially with the inability to use current amenities.

My family and I utilized the advertising of amenities such a miles of trails, pools, bike trails, parks (more than 1), dog park, and other amenities as a huge factor in our home building decision. To learn that there were minimal and these were “proposed plans” were a significant disappointment. This is a huge family and financial investment and one that you can’t quickly reverse. If these plans are proposed to be finished in 10 years my young children will miss them and be grown, which in hindsight would have altered our buying and building decision ultimately. This is walking the line of false advertising to say “we have” instead of “we project to have in 10 years.”

We bought in Harpers Mill because of the advertised trails, parks and pool. We were disappointed to learn that there were no trails, 1 park, and 1 pool that is said to be terribly overcrowded during the summer. I do believe we were sold on false information.
