Build the Sutton South Medical Centre on the Sutton Hospital plot!

A surgery or health centre, makes sense, as Hospitals not near to this area. There is plenty of land here for car parking . And there is a good bus Service that also serves Marsden Hospital.

The Henderson Hospital site is a ridiculous site for the proposed medical centre, for all the reasons given here, and indeed given at the planning meetings. Listen to the local residents, who will be the ones affected, will you please

I would like to support a health centre on the Sutton Hospital site

Excellent location for both Sutton and Belmont residents. The site will have more room for the many different , where departments of a good GP practice. Currently the alternative for patients is Shotfield, Wallington, where there is bad traffic and expensive parking.

A health centre on the old Sutton hospital set would be the best solution. Even include a block of sheltered accommodation would be an asset with the medical centre. It is the obvious solution.

The South Sutton Medical Centre should be built on the old Sutton Hospital site. Henderson Hospital is unsuitable due to lack of public transport links. A medical centre should be easily accessible for elderly patients and parents with young children.

This would be an excellent and far more sensible site for the proposed new Medical Centre as it has excellent transport links and would be much more accessible, particularly to more elderly patients.

No public transport within easy walking distance for patients. Very little parking available, The access road from Brighton Road Would need yellow lines, making parking on Shanklin estate very difficult, causing problems for emergency services, dust carts etc. Same problem with Kingswood Drive as parking both sides would inhibit any flow of traffic.current residential development on Henderson has limited parking, garage plus one space. Visitors and contractors may also gave to use local roads.

I agree that the South Sutton Medical Centre should be built on the old Sutton Hospital site. Stupidity to continue thinking about plans for a new school, and the old Henderson Hospital site is inappropriate for the medical centre.

It is wholly appropriate that this site remain a Medical Facility; whereas a school would lack games facilities and over-build the plot

A far more sensible use of the land

It is ludicrous to continue with the idea of a school on the Sutton Hospital Site. Apart from the totally inadequate sized plot, it is also in the wrong location in the borough. Build the Medical Centre, get genuine synergy with the Marsden and ICR, as well as good transport options already in place.

The Henderson hospital site is not the right place for a medical centre. It is up a hill, has access difficulties, insufficient parking in an area which already has parking issues, plus difficult transport. The Sutto hospital site is more appropriate and gives the opportunity for all medical related services to be on one site.
