This would be a great addition for the youth in the area. It would give them an opportunity to interact with peers with similar interests rather than communication solely through social media which is the norm for this generation. Additionally, in a given day spent in Waxahachie you will see at least a half dozen skaters about town. It would be good for them to have a safe place to commune.

This has been years in the making, ticket after ticket, cracked ribs from being man handled by police for skating downtown. This needs to happen, has for a long time.

The midlo park is far away from the waxahachie and red oak kids. This would be closer as great for all the young ones.
