Yes! Finally! I'd sculpt it myself if I had the right materials.

Chief O'Brian is wise, witty and whimsical. He represents the good side of humanity.

Chief O'Brien was the character that made me want to come to Ireland for my 60th birthday, and the epitome of bringing Irish spirit and grit into modern tech and eventually space travel. This character is a perfect symbol for Irishmen moving forward into new history.

I love Star Trek and the stories and hope for the future it tried to convey. To recognise a fictional character that one believes has had an impact on real life is worth it. Besides, gives me one more reason to visit.

Great choice for a statue, Chief O'Brien deserves it. He went through A LOT in TNG and especially DS9. We owe him this, I think.

He is the best, alwsys striving for the little guy and not a bad bone in his body. Not just a great representation of the Irish but for humanity itself. We love O'brien
