We need more facilities for outdoor leisure and this purpose built track would be a great addition and be accessible to people in the North of Glasgow, where Catrina valley is not an option, transport wise!

This would be fantastic. It would be a resource for local clubs and support schools in encouraging activity. It would bring people to the area and would support the local economy. It could link to trails in mugdock abs the campsies

A trail centre in Lennox Forest would be great for the area as well as for local mountain bikers and children. Lennoxtown does not appear to have much local industry and so would benefit from outside business coming in. Towns like Peebles and Innerleithen are huge successes and provide evidence of the value that trail centres can provide to the economies of local communities. Lennox Forest is well situated to the Central Belt/Glasgow area and not so far from the very good Carron Valley Trail Centre. I have ridden in Lennox Forest for over 20 years and have always enjoyed it even in its existing state. I am certain that a purpose built trail centre would attract a lot of visitors to the local area and be enjoyed by those willing to travel as well as local bikers.

Disgrace the one the locals built was destroyed in the first place ! That was for real Mountain Bikers and what a start to new track would have already been in place.
