If so many people go to the PI to St Luke’s and the Medical City, which are medical complexes, why not provide the same here? Traveling can be quite difficult for certain patients. I would like to have the option of receiving care here at home.

The people of Guam deserve more in regards to healthcare that will practice preventative care rather than reactive care.
