I think the city of Knoxville needs a dog park for our canine friends. Many people in Knoxville have a "fur baby or fur babies", they are family and they need a place to play too! Knoxville is full of very responsible dog owners that want this and need this. Please sign my petition to show the Knoxville city council the NEED for a dog park. Thank you for the help!
