Just complete the damn project instead of starting and then just leaving it to be vandalized just to have to start all over again. All you do is waste the tax payers hard earned money on a continuous basis

This used to be one of my goto places growing up. I would love to see it returned to its former glory if not better so that i can take my kids there as well knowing they safe
