If it is a 2016 budget. Then it should extend to baby that is born in 2016. As for the matter of fact babies born in the year of 2016 is the effort for the accountabilty population growth in 2016.

Certainly feel that this budget of 2016 so it is advisable to start from 1 Jan neither start on 23 March. Is very unfair for baby born 1 Jan to 22 March.

It is only reasonable and fair for babies born before 24 Mar2016 to enjoy the new cda since they are also Singaporeans

Baby bonus eligibility can backdate to 1 Jan 2015 (8mth +) but CDA can't backdate to 1 Jan 2016 (2mth 23days)? Why is help offered so abruptly?
SG51 isn't as "special" compared to SG50? Really feeling "awesome" to receive this news 1 day after LKY's anniversary....

Hi, I think the new budget for CDA should be extended to newborn babies from 1st March 2016 onwards instead of 24 March 2016.

I am sorry to said they won't bother looking at all these and I doubt they will give.. why because I am one of the many parents who emailed them in 2012 when my son was born on that year which till the day I die I won't forget on this.. is not a matter of the money is i think they do things really double standard.. On that year those born after Aug are given 6k baby bonus but those born on the same year before Aug all are given 4k.. so I doubt they will give to your..

simply unfair for mummies that gave birth in Jan 2016. since is the budget for 2016 why Jan babies don't get it? Although me as a single mother wouldn't get a cent but I still feel so unfair to the fellows Jan mummies. AND PLEASE! SPARE SOME THOUGHTS FOR SINGLE MOTHER! We did so hard to give birth and yet get nothing at all.
