BSJB (Bring sir jabbar back)
Petition for the Reinstatement of Sir Jabbar
The Purpose
This petition is formally submitted by the students, parents, and community members of Pakistan International School Riyadh to request the immediate review and reversal of the termination of Sir Abdul Jabbar. We believe his dismissal by the School Management Committee (SMC) was unjust and lacks the transparency required to maintain a healthy educational environment.
Our Key Concerns
- Lack of Transparency: The SMC has failed to provide a valid or documented reason for Sir Jabbar’s sudden termination, leaving the school community in a state of confusion.
- Impact on Students: Sir Jabbar has been a cornerstone of our academic success. His absence disrupts the learning process and negatively affects student morale and performance. He has been kind to every student and has helped them in many cases many teachers wouldn't
- Professional Integrity: Throughout his tenure, Sir Jabbar has demonstrated excellence in teaching, adherence to school values, and a deep commitment to his students’ well-being, taking any work such as teaching various subjects and being incharge in the controller office
The Role of the Ministry of Education
We are bringing this matter to the attention of the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia because we trust in the Ministry’s commitment to fairness and the protection of educator rights. We believe the Ministry’s intervention will:
- Ensure that school administrative decisions align with national educational standards and labor laws.
- Provide an impartial mediation process that the local SMC has failed to offer.
- Uphold the quality of education by ensuring that high-performing teachers are protected from arbitrary dismissal.
Our Request
We, the undersigned, respectfully urge the Ministry of Education to investigate the circumstances of Sir Jabbar’s firing and facilitate his immediate reinstatement. We stand by his professional record and his vital role in our school.
