Such a classy man. His legacy in cleveland is huge and this is a great way to show some respect.
He brought football back to this city when we needed it most. Put that jersey in the rafters where it belongs.
DO IT. 99 is a legend in cleveland history.

Whatever happens now he was the guy who saved the browns. Retire it.
