This is a petition to have the #99 retired in Honor of the Late owner of the Cleveland Browns Alfred Lerner. Mr. Lerner died Wednesday night at the age of 69. He leaves behind an amazing legacy of success, generosity, and work ethic. He leaves his beloved Cleveland Browns in the hands of his family, his son Randy, Carmen Policy, and Butch Davis.
