This is so disturbing. Please do not squelch dissemination of information that can broaden our understanding about gender or internalized homophobia.

This is a very important study and needs to be seen by many especially by parents, doctors and kids that believe their thoughts about being born in the wrong body. No censorship!

You are throwing the work of a woman under the bus, and will likely try to sabotage her career in order to suit the "progressive" sensibilities of a noisy few. It is this type of behavior that ensures that we will never actually be able to help these people.

I am appalled at the prejudicial decision to cease this crucial research, and I wish the board to review it thoroughly and urgently, so that it may be immediately reversed.

Science needs to be as immune as possible from whatever the cultural climate is so that it can serve its highest purpose: truth

I am disgusted by the cowardice of Brown University in caving to political pressure and thus ensuring that the SCIENCE behind this phenomenon is censured and ignored. The 'Progressives' claim to be the party of Science, but their reaction to this study and to many others shows they are instead the party of propaganda and left-wing ideology.

We must not silen academic research on sensitive topics. THe administration's actions were undoubtedly well-intentioned but in seeking to do a minor public good they betrayed a commitment to free inquiry that has always defined Brown university. Silencing dissenting voices and restricting scholarship never helps vulnerable communities.

Protect gender non-conforming people from the idea that they must be the opposite sex.

Publish the study. There is much more research to be done on this.

Universities that don't support real free speech and research are doomed to become mere echo chambers of whatever is currently popular. That is disheartening.

Currently it's no hormones until after 16 and no surgery until 18. I don't think that is likely to change.
