All surrounding areas have fibre or cable options, even the road leading into the estate. 3mbps is ridiculous in this day and age for an estate with over 200 houses on it

Just ran a speed check on my broadband on BROOKWATER - speed 0.4mb. BT. Open Reach and my provider should be ashamed. As should the local council for allowing it to happen and take so long to resolve the problem. They keep making the right noises but nothing happens, typical councilors!!! Lets hope something comes from this petition or they will be losing voters next elections.

We have cable boxes to the top of the road and below our road so why not extent them to our estate

Very slow speeds, been living here for over 12 years now. Understand it would take time to get fibre, but not over 12 years!!!

shockingly poor speeds and having to pay the same as people who can receive the sort of speeds the providers advertise. funnily enough they don't advertise how poor their speeds are here!!

MY name is ammy wammy and I hate this internet because my minecraft doesn't work properly and I struggle to load into my village which makes me very angry and I feel like punching a tree and maybe punching the internet provider

I have complained many times to BT in the past and then I changed my prvider to TalkTalk and skybut no better.

Openreach engineers have confirmed the estate has fibre installed and ready to go. But for some reason no company have activated it.......So frustrating!!

I have complained many times to BT they just refresh the line and it appears to speed up for a short while then goes back to its slow self.

Shockingly slow especially when uploading photos you want to post elsewhere. Took me a good 10 minutes to upload 1 photo.

The broadband within the Brookwater Estate is beyond poor. Nothing has been upgraded/updated since the estate was built approximately 11-12 years ago.
