The Federation of Italian American Organization (FIAO) is having their 6 story Community/CulturalCenter (Il Centro) being constructed adjacent to peoples' private houses.

In addition, the FIAO is having their 31 Car underground garage constructed adjacent to a private property owner's driveway on a narrow 1-way street whereas this persons' driveway is before their garage. This meansthat motorists will be lining up 7 days a week from approximately 6:30AM to 10 or 11PM to go into this undergroundgarage. The residents of this community willbe forced to inhale these fumes and listen to the engines idling day till night.

This organization alsor received 47 on street level parking spaces from the local church (St. Finbar's) . These parking spaces are right next to the Heartshare Residence and School for Autistic Children (this space is rented from St. Finbar's Church)
