Brookes restaurant has been a valuable part of my education at Brookes! Provides great experience for all the hospitality students.

Closing the restaurant would be a huge disservice so past, present and future students. It’s what sets Brooke’s apart from other competitor universities, and was my deciding factor when choosing where to study international hospitality management.

It is a key part to hospitality and Oxford Brookes is known for their reputation in this course. The restaurant could be open throughout the week in order to help improve funding.
