What started out as a lustful attraction ended up so much more. Brooke and Lucas started a relationship based on attraction and fun. Then after their painful breakup he relized what he lost. They became friends and he seen the great person she was. He helped her to believe in herself and run for president. She helped him when keith died and with his heart condition. Lucas and Brooke exchanged so many great speeches to each other. They're relationship shows true happiness. Lucas was asked who he wants standing next to him when all his dreams come true and he said Brooke. Brooke told her mom that Lucas was the guy she wouldv'e gave up everything for. Peyton and Lucas are nothing but an example of lying,cheating and betrayal. Putting them together is like telling all the viewers(and considering most are teenagers) that cheating on your girlfriend and betraying your bestfriend for a guy is okay.
