BMX racing is an extreme sport that has recently become popular, plenty of people were inspired via the 2012 Olympic games. Personally I was touched by the amount of passion and dedication put into this sport, so I decided to embark on my own BMX journey. Through a friend I joined Brixton BMX Club, I knew just about nothing of the sport at the time however I was welcomed into an family friendly atmosphere from the start. Adrian Martin AKA AD, the coach started BMX from about 10 years old as well as a Brixton BMX Club member. AD's love, determination and loyalty to this sport has been shown by him taking over the Brixton BMX Club and by trying to upgrade and refurbish the track.
