Please sign this petition if you support the introduction of a 20mph speed limit and traffic calming for Broadway, Lincoln 

I have recently corresponded with the council proposing that a 20mph speed limit and traffic calming measures are introduced on Broadway.  Unfortunately after consideration the Highways department is not in favor of it due to financial constraint.  I consider it a small cost for worth while cause, and if sufficient signatures are obtained the council may change their position.
