Remove Data Capping, On time proper delivery of billing, remove long contract or revised contract to maximum of 3 months (not years) & remove pre-termination. Termination must be available within 24 hours as this can be done remotely(Physically present is not needed), fast action all they say is "within 24 hours" but it take a weeks or months.

Stop throttling our internet. Throttling should be made illegal.

Remove data capping, sa 7mbps dsl with 80gb capping, yung babayaran monthly is 1999, palighasa sa singapore 15mbps 1k lang wala pang capping yan...hindi naman siguro makatao yan...but kailangan may limit...alam nyo naman its part of our needs yung online,para naman ginawa nyo kaming tanga nyan...gobyerno action din pag may time...na huhuli na tayo sa panahon...mahina na nga mas lalo pang inaabuso...kalukuhan na to..stop internet capping

sana may pumasok na bagong dsl broadband network na kagaya sa ibang bansa na walang limit yung connection kung ano yung speed na apply yun din ang dapat ibigay..kasi pag sa payment walang kulang pero sa ibinibigay na serbisyo bitin na mahal pa....may mga karma din kayo...

If they say UNlimited it must be unlimited hindi yung "unlimited but upto 2 gb daily usage" lang.

Lost my home-based job twice because of this.

As an IT student, I usually rely on tutorials, mostly videos and image tutorials (which are high on consumption of data). I was quite disappointed on their move (which is data capping) instead of improving their infrastructure so that their internet can accommodate the needs of internet users. So much for self studying...

I myself hate the data capping of the carriers I'm in here in the Philippines. It sucks for me I use 9GB per day of the Internet and my plan has be capped for 50GB per month this is insane as YouTuber and uploads HD videos on YouTube, this is not good

Philippines is one of the countries that have very poor internet connectivity. I really hope that soon this will change.

Been woth Globe Broadband for several years now and they just started to cap my unlimited internet. Extremely annoying and inconvenient.

What's the use of having 7Mbps speed when youbgave a cap of only 70gb a month? Most sites/web design/games nowadays require higher bandwidth. Telecom companies should keep up with that.

No real competition for internet providers, please allow foreign businesses to come and invest here in the Philippines to break the monopoly. Internet is very slow and expensive and worst they are fooling the consumer promoting unlimited data internet but with 800mb capping. Only in the Philippines. I've been to U.S.A. and HK when it says unlimited data, its unlimited. Here in the Philippines the government failed to protect the consumer in all aspect. It's a shame!

This capping is a day light robbery for the masses. We download free large file on the INTERNET while Telcos preventing it and they charge the consumer for the file size. The data is free. Telco's job is not to sell data but to provide connection. Too much evil and greed. This must not be tolerated and should be stop immediately.

I agree to this petition, Data Capping is very unfair for many users, especially small businesses that uses high-speed and capped datas.

This needs to end, today we live in a time where internet is a valuable commodity. The Internet Service Providers are forcing us to pay more than what we should, for less internet speed. This need to stop and the Philippine government should address this problem of overpricing and poor quality of service that these companies are providing to their clients. they should make a law that will protect the internet users from the two greedy companies, namely Smart and Globe.
