By doing so, residents of Union County would have more options and greater competition with regards to their internet provider and cable TV provider. This will benefit residents by both improving price competition, as well as service competition.

We need to have the freedom to choose the better provider for the consumer needs. Having only one or two companies that provide crappie service and know they can treat the consumers anyway they want to is non sense! We the people of union county need to have the freedom of options. I thought we are based on democracy and not socialism.

I vote "YES" to Google Fiber. Any non-DSL options aside from Time Warner Cable would be fantastic!
