We the residents of Brix on Belleview located at Carmel Park Sub lots 5-8. Demand all rents as well as all associated late fee's and attorney's fees be waved while the national health crises surrounding Covid-19 has reached an end.

The population of this community is of the more effected and disadvantaged populations in regards to the impact of Covid-19. Most of us have lost our jobs and independent contractors have lost their clients and thusly our income.

The parameters of unemployment insurance and the proposed stimulus of a one-time $1,200.00 dispersement will not cover our rent our food the cost of our children or our necessities for the time we will surely be out of work.

For these reasons we recommend the Investment and management groups affiliated with Carmel park sub lot 5-8 :

A) Request mortgage forbearance and take advantage of the stimulus (which has been catered to large companies, property owners, and investors).

B) Written arrangements and accommodations be made with the residents of Brix on Belleview

C) Write and call state senators demanding aid for working class Americans
