Mr. Smith is a hardworking teacher maybe y'all don't realize it because you're not in his classroom everyday. But for what I've seen this year throughout its that he is the best teacher I've had all throughout my years in school not only does he teach us life lessons but gives us what we deserve and what we really need. The high rates of his students failing was not his fault it's was his students too lazy to do work . He gave us what we needed and was there to assist us whenever and in whatever we needed . If we did what was asked of us (student wise) this wouldn't be happening . So please consider having Mr.Smith back he honestly deserves .

Mr. Smith really made an impact on my son McKinley. His teaching is different but he really cares about his students and also teaches them lessons about life. Please reconsider giving him a contract. If not, I think it will be a huge loss to our children.

Mr.Smith is the best teacher I could ask for! He taught me so mich that I didnt know I was capable of doing. To anybody who says he didnt teach them anything those were the students who didnt fo anything in his class and werent caringt so that the students fault not the teachers. Students always blame the teacher when its the student.

Mr. Smith is a one of a kind teacher. He actually cared. In our system, we easily get passed but that will affect our future, but Mr. Smith was against that. He was the only teacher to actuall challenge us in a way that we actually want to learn and strive to be better.

Mr.smith I the best math teacher I have had since I entered school . My sophomore year I had him 5th and that was the class I really loved to attended because he made us strive for greatness and not failure .
He was a good teacher and he needs to come back.
