Hello, My name is Richard Dolan and in September of 2007 my son was wrongfully taken by Children and Youth Services of Bradford County, Pennsylvania whom have been harrasing us since 2006 from everything A to Z. Thier is alot going on and I can prove that the accused is innocent but yet I am still getting railroaded in the county i live in.
