"Brazilian top court rules boy stays for now International court battle began after child’s Brazilian mother died in 2008" This is a story that sickens me to no end. Mr. Goldman has been trying to bring his son Sean home for the last 5 years. This child is being held unlawfully and Brazil and the courts there are allowing this despite being signatories of the HAGUE CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION.
