David Kasey Gates is an 8th grader who was sent to a special educatation school for abuse on a 5th grader. Gates was accused of punching the 5th grader in the face, but there were no signs of bruising on the face and the witnesses saw no punch thrown. He was also reffered to as the "Ring Leader" of a group that consisted of Ian Blaemire and Steven Jenkins when there was no one to call kasey a leader. His bad reputation made the school BIASED him as the leader of a harrasment of the 5th grader. he is going to the school for the wrong reasons and we're trying to let everybody know of the actions caused by prejudice that the school of New Market Middle School has.
