Keep Your Doctor Out of Jail 

Did you know that Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) are not currently granted licenses in the State of Florida?

Unfortunately, this means that: if you live in Florida AND you want to choose a doctor who specializes in the prevention and treatment of disease using herbs, supplements, homeopathy, and lifestyle change

A few NDs do work in Florida and, as they cannot work as primary care physicians, they help their clients as best they can by being wellness consultants. Though useful and helpful, this is a far cry from the primary care medicine that NDs are trained to provide. 

Worst of all, Floridians are at-risk of losing all access to NDs, even as wellness consultants, because this year alone

4 NDs have been given ‘Cease and Desist’ letters by the Florida Department of Health.

We at the Florida Naturopathic Physicians Association (FNPA) believe that Floridians should be able to choose Naturopathic Medicine for themselves and their families.

To make this happen, we are working diligently to re-establish licensure for NDs in Florida, but WE NEED YOUR HELP!
