Oceana, WV is in dire need of something, anything. The town is commonly known as Oxyana for it's overwhelming drug problem. It has no movie theatre, no bowling alley, nothing instructional to do which is why so many people resort to drugs. My goal is to bring international culture to Oceana in order to try and decrease the drug problem.
