This is a fantastic idea and I will sign it, but unless you have about 2-4 million dollars for start up costs (1 mill liquid asset, net 1 mill for the restaurant), and the fact that B-dubs isnt open currently for franchise opportunities, I don't see it happening any time in the next decade.
The way restaurants work is based on location, many restaurants in the present time only allow one every xx miles or so. I dont know the case of Bdubs but it is something to look into.
Not to mention Bdubs building codes. it's on the website, so I dont know if you even took the time to investigate that.
They also requite a certain amount of CDR and QSR (Casual dining restaurant and quick service restaurant) Those such as Applebees is CDR and McDonalds a QSR.
I dont know the full requirements of the area but again, it can be inquire upon.
100,000+ population is needed as well. I think at most, we would meet a 60-70k population criteria.
Now, Wausau is larger, and their population would technically include Marshfield, Same goes for Point.
I dont think you understand what this requires and making a petition does absolutely nothing. Sorry!.

I have had interest in opening this franchise in Marshfield also. Not for sure about the old Hudson restaurant as it might not meet their building codes. North side of town has a piece of land across from Menards and would be a prime location.
