We are hereby requesting that Suzuki bring the Sidekick platform back to North America (USA and Canada). There is not enough praise that can be given to the heroic little truck. -1.6l 16v 4 cylinder engine = 8.5l/100km fuel economy (27.6MPG) in mixed highway/city driving. Find another SUV that can do that. -Convertible platform is fun to drive in the summer. -Legendary 4x4 offroad and snow capabilities. -Evidence that the study about how easy they were to roll was staged by one of the Consumer\'s Report\'s directors at the time who also happened to own a large portion of FORD motor company.
