Look, I just want to be able to do 2 things:
A: Read my old messages from back in the day & take a trip down memory lane I suppose.
B: Read old comments people left on my profile.
Maybe even be able to read those old bulletins & surveys everyone used to post too!
Not trying to live in the past, but (at least for me) that was a good portion of my teenage life just pissed away, because of some dickhead in a suit decided it would be a good idea to flip the switch and delete everyone's personal writings & intellectual property.
I'm sure its all backed up on some gigantic computer somewhere out in California too! It just costs a little bit of money to have someone dust it off and flip the on switch back on.
But why would they want to do that of all things?! Make their long time / original users happy? LOL.. What for?! (Yes Justin Timberlake & Tim Vanderhook, I'm being sarcastic if you cant tell)
But seriously, I'd probably pay a small fee if I could go back and read my stuff! Wouldn't have a smile on my face, but I'd still do it.. Call it www.OldMyspace.com. Instant hit, guaranteed!
They could easily make more than their sad $20 million a year in advertising revenue! Hope you're reading this Specific Media LLC..
I have the tiniest bit of hope that they will do the right thing sometime soon.
But if they don't. Well, guess I'll see ya in hell then assholes!

facebook is way too over complicated now. the original myspace was exactly how a social networking site should be

I loved the original myspace, where you could build your own layout or how you wanted everyone to see your page, if you knew HTML, if you didnt than you could go find one that was pre made, but the main reason I left myspace was because it became less fun to use and it was harder to use. not to mention it took away from Musicians as well, I am a musician and I loved how they let bands do their thing with myspace. It was a great way to promote your band and show what shows you had booked. If they went back to classic view again, I would def. use Myspace agin.

i never got to have one just saw others that had one i wanted one so bad then when i finally was able to everyone had switched to Facebook because myspace had changed i would like to get the chance to have one and bring back that little girl who wanted to express herself so bad

I would really love for my original myspace page to be put back. My writings & intellectual property & heart & soul was on there! Im a disabled woman & I inspired so many I was told by my writings. Myspace gave me a voice in this world & I really would like it back!!!

I have so many friends who agree that they would go back to MySpace from Facebook if were still the old style. Bring the old myspace back!
