We the fans of the US Open of Surfing #VansUSOPEN and customers of Vans Shoes and Gear, one of the O.C.'s original industries, plead and request that the Board members and promoters of US Open of Surfing and all of its subsequent partners please bring back Rick 'Rockin Fig' Fignetti as the voice of US Open of Surfing for 2013. He has been and always will be an iconic symbol of the spirited and favorable surf competition held every year in Huntington Beach California AKA 'Surf City U.S.A.' and the professionalism and energy that he has brought to the event for 19 years is one of the reasons why it is such a success.
