Would prefer to have a choice PP or SP. Etools was much better before all your changes. Your app is unavailable to often. Very unhappy with it!

Yes - Bring back points plus! I have been a lifetime member of weight watchers for 14 years and I have never felt so little motivation or such discouragement on the plan as I have with the smart points. I have also never felt as hungry on the plan as I do a smart points. Points plus worked – bring it back!

I finally cancelled my monthly pass membership yesterday. I just can't stick with SmartPoints and have been gaining weight rather than losing on this plan. I miss Points Plus so much and am really disappointed that all of my recipes I had entered in Points Plus were lost in the transition to their new web design too. This program and transition was very poorly designed.

Last June when I joined one of the wonderful things about weight watchers was the fact that the plan was set up to make you feel like you were not deprived. I did wonderful, I lost 30 pounds!!! Since they introduced smart points plan. I'm still at 30 pounds weight loss. I don't know how you cannot feel deprived when points have been taken away!! If WW wants to introduce a new plan, I think the members should have the option to choose which plan works for them. I know the majority of the members in the meeting I attend hate this plan. I used to rave about this plan when people would. Comment on my weight loss. Not anymore. I am hungry and I feel deprived!! I would like points plus information to be available !!!! Please!!!!
