The team at Microsoft is ignoring our inbox complaints because they think we will just roll over and accept this bloated interface. I have been documenting every single broken feature that their forced update created and I am not stopping until they give us our choice back.

The massive surge of support we just hit proves that Microsoft cannot keep ignoring our demands. They stripped away our choice and forced this garbage interface on us but they clearly underestimated how much we hate it.

The new Hotmail is DREADFUL. You can't scan through your emaiils, or do anything at all. I am seriously thinking of switching to Googlemail, or some other email provider, and I have been with Hotmail since 1999.
I do not like the new look Hotmail and it has been forced upon people like me paying annual subscription to Microsoft as well. I am considering switching slowly to Gmail which is as good as old Hotmail. NEW LOOK HOTMAIL IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME ....I WOULD REQUEST MS TO BRING BACK THE OLD HOTMAIL VIEW Please if some one at Microsoft is prepared to listen.
I hate the new look, and find it very difficult to use. PLEASE bring back the simple, functional old system.
User since 1998. I can't get Outlook live to load on my phone. It's error after error.
I hate the outlook garbage its cluttered confusing and pointless. Bring back classic hotmail which was just straight forward email without clutter and cloud nonsense. The cloud is not what consumers want no matter how its forced.
This is so difficult to use. I hate it ! !
This new thing is ridiculous! Why not allow an option to go back to the old? Please!

My hotmail account has been changed without my agreement or consent. it is causing me a great stress as i am not comfortable using the new version. i want my old layout back.
