BRING BACK HEROES!!
From creator/writer Tim Kring (NBC's "Crossing Jordan") comes the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated "Heroes," an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities. In its first season, "Heroes" was honored with a People's Choice Award, an AFI Award, a Multicultural Prism Award, the TV Land Future Classic Award and was named the TV Critics Association Outstanding Program of the Year. In addition, “Heroes” received Golden Globe Award, NAACP Image Award, WGA Award, Satellite Award and Emmy Award nominations. But sadly, on May 14th, 2010 NBC officially canceled Heroes. While the ratings were strong with over 14 million viewers for the first season finale, ratings fell once the writer's strike hit during the show's second season. Even though Heroes was the most DVR'd program and the most bought program in the world, the ratings of the episodes' first airing only decreased over time. Although most of it's original fans still stuck with the show, even in it's darkest hours, it was simply not enough. Heroes has been in our hearts since Peter Petrelli first awoke after dreaming of himself flying, and even after the Shanti Virus threatened to kill 90% of the world's population, so let's make sure that our show continues, or at least has the final ending it deserves! This show has touched all of our hearts, made us laugh, cry, and even scream, but that's why we love it! So bring back Heroes! So that in the end, we can all scream, "Yatta!"
