Evan is the most insightful journalist on the CBC; he conducts marvelous interviews without the slightest hint of detectable bias. He needs to be reinstated immediately or I will be boycotting Power and Politics, as well as The House.

i don't see how brokering art has anything to do with his journalism, if you work you get paid and sounds like he worked for it. his position of being well known for his work on pnp should not stop him from doing a side business

A gross overreaction by CBC deprives Canadians of one of the few voices prepared to take on real issues. This has the nasty aroma (stink) of Harperism!

Solomon's reporting style made news accessible. Democracy doesn't function without similar checks and balances. Despite any alleged misstep, it's difficult to doubt his ethics or the benefit his reporting offers Canadian's.

Canada needs a strong CBC right now and Evan brings it. This was a rush to judgement in my opinion
