I have submitted a formal request for a meeting with the school board to discuss the criteria used for staffing decisions. Documentation regarding Coach Helton's tenure is currently being organized to ensure we have a comprehensive case prepared for these officials.

Coach helped me out a lot when things were rough at home. Real mentor. He needs to stay.
My kids love him. Best coach they ever had.
Coach Helton is the reason my son made it through high school. This is a huge mistake.
Ridiculous decision. He is the heart of central high. Bring him back!
How do you fire a guy who has given 20 years to this community?? makes zero sense

THE MAN HAS DONE SO MUCH FOR THESE KIDS OVER THE YEARS. TOTAL JOKE TO GET RID OF HIM NOW.
