I have been reading your stories about what this tradition meant to you and it really reminds me why we need to keep pushing for this. I honestly started this as a simple thought and I am overwhelmed that you all care enough to keep this momentum going.

I set this up on a whim during my lunch break and I am honestly shocked at how many people feel the same way. This momentum belongs entirely to you and your enthusiasm for the cake is truly inspiring.

BRING BACK THE CAKE!!!!!!
I really looked forward to these days honestly. dont see why it had to go.
The administration just loves taking away everything that makes school even slightly tolerable. bring the cake back.
Its just a tradition at this point. feels like they are just cutting costs and calling it progress.
i worked so hard for all A's just to get nothing?? ridiculous.
Need cake

I never eat the cake but it is nice having a reward for all my hard work. It gives an incentive for kids to develop good habits and there is absolutley no downsides to it. “It’s not like the real world they should be doing it anyways without a reward” we’ll we are in high school and it is time to develop good habits so think on it
