The people of Kentucky want the ability to purchase Yuengling in our state. People from Kentucky are already driving to other states just to buy Yuengling.
The state General Assembly opened the door in 2015 by restricting Anheuser-Busch InBev and their previous monopoly on distribution within the state, by passing: House Bill 168, which protects the integrity of the three-tier system for alcohol sales in Kentucky. Prior to the passage of this bill, Yuengling could not develop distributorship within Kentucky. House Bill 168 opened the door for Yuengling to begin selling their products in Kentucky in April of 2015, but Yuengling unfortunately has since not made any moves towards beginning sales in Kentucky. Now it's time for the people to let Yuengling brewery know that the beer drinkers of Kentucky have been patiently waiting for the ability to purchase their products in Kentucky. So please sign the petition and lets get Yuengling in Kentucky.

I hate that I have to drive to Ohio or Tennessee to pick up Yuengling. But I do it, because I love this beer. Please bring Yuengling to us. With all of us driving to get Yuengling, we are burning through fossil fuels that could easily be reduced by fewer trucks bringing Yuengling to us. Come on y'all, do it for the environment!
Yuengling is my favorite beer! I drive to Cincinnati 2-3 times a month to buy cases for me to enjoy. Having yuengling available in stores and at bars on draft would be amazing for the many people in Louisville who love this beer
I am Pennsylvania born and raised. I moved to Kentucky about a month ago and it would be awesome to be able to buy something here from home!!! Best beer ever!!!!
I'm a PA girl who now resides in KY. I grew up about 45 minutes from the brewery. Every time I visit home, I bring it home and extra for others that live it that live here too. We have to drive over an hour to Cinci to get it....how about you make it easier for us die hards?
I was active duty army for 13 years. I'm now medically retired. This was my favorite beer to drink in the other states i was stationed in. Every time i go out of state i make sure to grab a couple cases on the way home. Please bring yueng Ling to kentucky!please

Been calling the brewery twice a year for the past 10 years. Their marketing manager always says that they don’t have enough brewing capacity to supply another state. To which I reply that Kentucky would be a great place to build another brewry. Perhaps on the Barfstown area.
