The right of the unborn has been completely left out of the equation as not being a human being. Science has proved otherwise. This Amendment to our State Constitution is vague and attempts to fool the average reader into thinking it is alright. There are so many different means to prevent conception that abortion should not be necessary. We must all stand for the defeat of Proposal 5.

Abortion is not health care, but the very opposite. It is the destruction of a human life — the most vulnerable and most innocent — in the most cruel manner possible. It leaves many women physically and emotionally scarred, and renders some unable to have future children. It should be the rare last resort in an extreme case, not a “quick fix” for irresponsible behavior or a criminal act. Women with unplanned pregnancies need support through medical care and counseling that supports them and maintains their dignity as women and mothers.

Part of my family are in my life because some mothers so unselfishly had their children and for their own private reasons..put them up for adoption..Right to life is not an option...it is a must
