I hope you and your son will be able to reunite soon and that the court will treat this case fairly without any discrimination. A child needs their mother. This is unfair to you and your son who is innocent in all this. Wish you justice against your husband.

My children and I have also suffered from the Swiss "justice" system, during nearly 8 years of divorce procedures. And the saga continues nearly 2 years on... the psychologucal and economic abuse are collossal. Solidarity and all my support to this mum and her young son, and SHAME on the courts and administrations that allow this kind of abuse and mental torture to continue in this supposedly civilized country!
