Please bring Uber to Birmingham! Our cab system is terrible! Every time I have ever needed one I couldn't get one. I have gotten Uber in several cities and it is amazing!

After using Lyft & Uber during a recent work trip in San Diego, it's VERY clear that blocking these services from Birmingham is hurting us.

I used it in Atlanta. It was easy, quick, and super affordable. We need options and extra ride options, especially for big events in the city.

It's nice to have you in Birmingham. I know you are use to the convenience of pulling out your smart phone and calling up an Uber ride in almost all major cities you visit, but not here. We like to be 10 years behind everyone else. So find a payphone and look up our local cab services in the yellow pages. It's fun. Really. It is nice to have you here, just over look this minor inconvenience.

This would be a great option to allow Birmingahamians transportation in the city and/or surrounding areas! It could affect accident rates and lessen chances for DUI related accidents. It also given people who don't have stable transporation options. This means more people will have options for transporation to appointment, more revenue coming into the city, etc...
