As the winter is here, and the access to Aberdeen hospital may be obstructed by snow or ice on the roads, the unit should work as 24/7! What if is an emergency with a infant or an eldery person and the ambulance can't make it on time?

I have had to go here several times with my kids and I was so greatful to staff and doctors. This unit is so vital for turriff and surrounding areas.

This unit is so beneficial to the local community and if it’s closed it will put a strain on the bigger hospitals so c’mon leave it open

It's a disgrace that this decision has been made. Now everyone outwith opening hours have to travel 35 miles plus to Aberdeen or Elgin, this also takes more time and more fuel emissions, that's if you can get transport!! We have no permanent ambulance here either. What more can be taken from Turriff???

Yes yes yes! Aberdeen is too far to go in an emergency, especially with young kids. Mine are 2 and 3 years old and have both had to go to aberdeen instead of turriff 2 minutes away!

I feel this unit need to be 24/7as turriff is a big town and not everyone drives and are able to go to another hospital

We need an A/ E I've used it many times. Aberdeen as your first port of call is ridiculous.
