This location would be a prime revenue producer for Trader Joe's and asset to the community. Similar to the Trader Joe's location in Old Town Alexandria which is also a few blocks from a Harris Teeter -- it would be a win-win!

This is sorely needed. The TJ on Route 7 has horrible parking and this store can really help attract even more millenials to the Little City. Let's go Trader Joes!

Would love to see Trader Joe's in our neighborhood. Huge fan & shop frequently at the 2 other stores in the area, but parking is frequently a challenge.

Trader Joe's is my go-to store. This location would be much closer to me than the Tysons or Bailey's Crossing ones. I would be able to stop by there on a regular basis, rather than make one major trip once a week or once every 10 days. Trader Joe's products are highly superior to the ones offered at the recently opened Harris Teeter and customers will figure this out quickly. There is great demand for such a store in Falls Church and I expect that it will do very well financially.
