Hwy 1 & Hwy 378 heading toward Gilbert from Lexington is very up and coming. Less congestion currently; that will obviously change with more development. Target & Walmart are already confirmed to build there.

A store on south lake dr would be great! Sunset Blvd traffic is really congested so please don't put a store on sunset! We need you! Red bank is really growing and developing very nice neighborhoods.

Start putting more things in the main cities. Columbia and Lexington. No one cares about forest acres and that area!
