The finisher t-shirts are your best form of public advertising, getting rid of them doesn't make sense

My wife wanted to do a tough mudder after watching me complete two, she now does not want to do one since no shirts will be given. It was a right of passage for first time mudders to get that finisher shirt.

Every time I have worn my Tough Mudder shirt I don't recall a time that someone hasn't struck a conversation with me about TM. People are either interested in doing one, or they have done one and want to know which ones we have done and want to tell stories about their Mudder. I think it's good advertising as well. Bring them back, I think it's a big mistake taking them away

I have had people from all over the country stop me and ask me about my TM shirt. Last October while in Vegas, I was stopped by others no less than 8 times in 3 days. Many people that stop and ask about them have never completed a TM, and this interaction may lead them to signing up. The money gained from additional entries will far outweigh the cost of the shirts. BRING THEM BACK

To one time Mudders the tshirts are an achievement too. We have our unofficial Headband Monday's after an event but the tshirt lasts longer. I really would like to earn my tshirt too, if other cheaper OCRs and events can provide them then so should Tough Mudder. I'm having to be seriously careful washing my one time tshirt now in case there is never another!

Nobody wears the TM headband away from a TM event. However, everybody wears their finisher shirts out and about in town, at the gym, to the box, etc. Don't be fools, TM.
