I am a legionnaire - and the "we aren't doing shirts to put more resources into the course" excuse is bunk. The costs are higher and "free" finisher shirts aren't free, they are factored into our entry fees. The money has to go somewhere, and TM isn't a non-profit, I believe this was low hanging fruit. In order to increase the profit line they have gone after us.

The t-shirt is how I discovered Mudder. It is probably the same for many others. There is a sense of pride that you feel when you put it on, like you were just drafted onto your favorite sports team. The shirt has also helped me meet other fellow mudders while at work or in public. Last year I went with one guy, because of people seeing me in the shirt, this year six people want to come with me... All first time mudders. You guys are shooting yourselves in the foot taking away the shirts.

i wear my shirt all the time and it is a great advertisment for tough mudder and to show off that i have completed one, to get rid is just ridiculous

disappointed,I was proud to wear the t shirt, as with other events , Spartan and Nut challenge still supply as do half and full marathons...please reconsider!

Although there are other components to Tough Mudder events, the finisher's t shirt is definitely a big perk of running. I really enjoy wearing my shirt around town- in fact, I wear this shirt more than I do most other races I've done. It's so inspiring to me when a complete stranger asks me about the event and then tells me that they're considering doing one too. It's even better when I hear that I've inspired someone to participate. Basically, the t shirts are a walking advertisement for Tough Mudder. I don't recall a single time I've been wearing the shirt that I haven't gotten a comment from someone I've come across. I love seeing others wearing their shirts and knowing that we are connected by our love of this sport. Please keep the shirts as a perk. I understand if someone participates in more than one 2015 Tough Mudder event they may not be eligible to receive more than one finisher shirt, but to cut the shirts entirely is just not a smart decision in my opinion.

I have ran 5 tough Mudders and loved it! However, one of the fun, cool incentives was the tshirts!! Bring them back!!! No reason to not have them! The fees are the highest of any mud run, you NEED to give the shirts out! Nobody is actually running for the damn beer
